Horseshoe/BBQ Pit

Take the path to the river, horseshoe pit, or BBQ pit and you will be pleasantly surprised with the big oaks shading the grassy area in the summer. It is a nice place to take your lawn chairs and just relax.

The Herons can be seen daily along the river with several varities of ducks. During the fall you may even catch the wild turkeys as they come through the park. The rollover is another variety of woodpeckers who call the park home.
